2. Then email a copy with payment to donate@pac-te.org;  or mail the printed page with payment to PAC-TE, 17 Firebox Ct., Stewartstown, PA 17363.

To purchase an ad for display in our 55th Anniversary printed program, select from the following options.

$100 congratulatory message, which includes the college/university name and the name of the donor or the Dean/Chair/Leader.

$200 for all the above, plus the college/university logo and URL, and either a slogan/hashtag or a brief description of a single program you offer.

$300 for all the above, plus a full list of all the educator programs you offer. Add the information (or a link) that your donation level requires, e.g., name of the dean, etc.:

If you or your faculty have a fond memory from a previous PAC-TE conference, we would love to share it as a nostalgic reminder of what the Teacher Education Assembly has meant to attendees. You can include that memory by attaching a separate document to your email or U.S. mail.

Sending this form to PAC-TE grants PAC-TE permission to use your/you institution’s name in its print and/or digital communications to acknowledge my/our gift. And that payment is due within 30 days.
