ICS sessions: Interactive Concurrent Sessions are designed to connect project outcomes with attendees contexts. Participants will seek this session to understand the project and its results, engage in discussions with presenters about implementation of the project in their own context, and to walk away with materials and resources to fuel new ideas.
PLC Sessions: Professional Learning Concurrent Sessions are designed to provide opportunities to provide information, present data and findings, and connect outcomes to literature and evidence-based practices. Participants will seek this session to engage in professional development or seek future projects or lines of research in the future. Discussion in these sessions will be limited. Think of these as presentations.
WIP Sessions: Works in Progress Sessions are designed to share ongoing projects related to research or practice. Attendees will seek this session with the interest of providing comments, questions, and support for the presenters’ ongoing work. Do not expect these sessions to be like the other sessions—they exist so that presenters can use the opportunity to enhance their projects as they continue to work.
"Breaking Through to Transform" was the theme for the Fall 2022 Teacher Education Assembly (TEA).
With over 40 sessions, there were plenty of opportunities to learn, be inspired, and network with peers.
