Act 91 Survey and Follow-up

PAC-TE distributed a survey to the Deans and Chairs of Teacher Preparation Programs just at the beginning of the time when PDE had instructed all programs to develop a policy which does not prohibit teacher education candidates from serving as a substitute teachers.  In May, PAC-TE followed up with a focus group discussion.
