Executive Director's Report
June 21-22, 2007

Since the last meeting of the Board of Directors on April 12, 2007, I have engaged in the following activities on behalf of the organization.

  1. Completed and mailed minutes of the April 12, 2007 meeting.

  2. Wrote a column and coordinated the publication of the Spring 2007 News Notes.

  3. Received and catalogued TEA proposals.

  4. Assisted in coordinating and participated in May 4 TEA planning meeting.

  5. Contacted the AACTE regarding Sharon Robinson's availability as the TEA keynote speaker.

  6. Received a commitment from Sharon Robinson's office regarding TEA proposals.

  7. Sent letters of accepteance and rejection to those submitting TEA proposals.

  8. Formatted and coordinated printing of 2007-08 membership brochures.

  9. Coordinated arrangements for the Annual Board Retreat.
  10. Constructed a draft of the TEA program.

  11. Edited the draft of the TEA program with John and Susan Criswell.

  12. Participated with Susan Criswell in developing a proposed 2007-08 PAC-TE budget.

  13. Responded to daily mail and telephone inquiries.
