Executive Director's Report
January 2009

Since November 1, 2008, I have engaged in the following PAC-TE related activities:

  1. Completed and distributed minutes of the October 29, 2008 Board of Directors Meeting;

  2. Completed minutes of the October 30, 2008 Annual Business Meeting;

  3. Sent letters to elected and non-elected candidates for PAC-TE offices;

  4. Coordinated the publication and wrote a column for Fall, 2008 edition of News Notes;

  5. Contributed information to the material for the ATE Unite Awards process;

  6. Coordinated arrangements for the December 5, 2008 TEA 2009 Planning Meeting;

  7. Developed the TEA 2009 Call for Proposals and coordinated its mailing;

  8. Coordinated and distributed the agenda for the January 16, 2009 meeting of the Board of Directors;

  9. Responded to daily emails and telephone inquiries.
