PAC-TE Annual Business Meeting
Minutes
The Annual Business Meeting of P.A.C.-T.E. was held in the Royale Banquet Room of the Harrisburg-Hershey Holiday Inn on Thursday, October 29, 2009. There were 208 members in attendance.
Treasurer Rick Fuller presided over the meeting, calling the group to order at 1:03 PM. Minutes of the October 30, 2008 meeting were approved through a motion by John Butzow, seconded by jay Hertzog. There were no dissenting votes.
The President’s, Executive Director’s, and Executive Director-Elect’s Reports were all presented and required no formal approval.
Treasurer Rick Fuller presented the Association Account Report which was approved by unanimous vote on a motion by Cynthia Haggard, seconded by Mary Jo Campbell.
The Conference Account Report was approved unanimously through a motion from Cammie Mojidadi, seconded by Marianne Hazel.
Under New Business, Fred Savitz reported on the relationship of the A.T.E. Standards to T.E.A. 2010 planning.
Kevin Zook explained, administered and collected the Special Interests Survey.
Marianne Hazel moved and Jane Bray seconded that the meeting adjourn at 1:42 PM. The motion carried and the meeting adjourned.
