PAC-TE Annual Business Meeting
Minutes
The PAC-TE Board of Directors was held on October 25, 2007 in the Royale Ballroom at the Harrisburg-Hershey Holiday Inn. There were 223 people in attendance.
President Clythera Hornung called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.
John Criswell moved and Mary Dupuis seconded approval of the minutes of the October 26, 2006 meeting.
The following reports were approved without dissent under motions in parenthesis:
A change to Article II, section 4 was approved by unanimous vote on a motion by Mary Dupuis, seconded by Margaret Mary Bell.
The spring conference date was announced as April 11, 2008 at the Penn Stater Conference Center.
President Hornung provided an update on the work of the Program Approval Task Force.
The remainder of the meeting consisted of PAC-TE and PERA awards until a motion for adjournment by Mary Jo Campbell, seconded by Ken Adams was approved at 1:55 p.m.
